ASIAN LOBSTER RECIPE

I have a wonderful Asian lobster
recipe. It is truly a favorite! The
lobster recipe is Stir-Fried Szechuan Lobster with Chili Sauce and it tastes so good.
The quick and easy sauce for this lobster recipe is made with even portions of hoisin sauce, chili sauce, dry sherry,
soy sauce, nuoc mam, chili paste, sesame oil, sugar, hot chili oil and peanut oil. What a tasty
sauce!
After the sauce is assembled and set aside, some peanut oil is
heated until it just begins smoking before the lobster pieces are added. The lobster pieces are allowed to cook for only about four minutes before they are
removed to a plate.
Add a bit of garlic, ginger and scallions to the wok. As soon as the ingredients in the wok become
aromatic, about one minute, the lobster is returned to the wok, with the sauce, and everything is tossed to
coat.
A great way to serve this lobster is with sushi rice and
grilled asparagus. Yummy!
