ACAI  BERRY  BENEFITS

_______________________________

People living in the rainforests of our world have consistently lived long healthy lives by living off of the natural products that the rainforest produces such as the Acai Berry fruit. Some of the natural benefits of the Acai Berry fruit includes, but is not limited to:

1. High protein – the level of protein in the acai berry is higher than the protein in an egg, making it an ideal food source for protein in one's diet. Usually protein comes with high levels of cholesterol, so simply replacing your morning egg or ham with a glass of acai berry juice is a very effective way to lower your cholesterol and still get enough protein.

2. Antioxidant spectrum - the acai berry includes more and different antioxidents than any other known food source. No single antioxident will allow you to live forever. The hope is that a regular intake of “all” antioxident types will give your body the best chance to slow the aging process. If there is any food likely to prevent serious illnesses like cancer, it's acai.

3. Anthocyanins – the acai berry has 30 times the amount found in red grapes. A diet of acai berry products is the most efficient way to ingest anthocyanins known to date. If you believe in the healthy effects of a Mediterranean diet high in anthocyanins such as those found in red wine and olive oil, then acai could be the most effective food discovered.

4. Mineral Spectrum - A diet of acai berry products is as complete if not more complete than any other single food source. It is probably true that you can’t survive your entire lifetime on any one food source, but acai comes the closest with traces of every beneficial mineral known to mankind.

5. Trace Elements - The acai berry has some of the most complete ever seen, both on the macro and micro scales. Studies have stated that it is very challenging to catalog all of the different trace elements. It is believed the acai berry has the most on record of any single food source.

6. Other Benefits, such as high levels of glucosamine and other important nutrients, round out this all-perfect food.
